The registration fee of € 100,- includes conference attendance, lunches, coffee breaks and workshop dinner.

The deadline for registration is September 30th, 2017 (be aware that there is a limited capacity of 180 participants).

You will receive an invoice as soon as possible. Attendance to the symposium will be confirmed after
payment.*

* Cancellation statement & Transfer of registration
Unfortunately restitution of the fee is not possible. Transfer of your registration to another person is
acceptable.The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be communicated to the
organization (gratamaworkshop@rug.nl) prior to the conference.

Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Abstract submission

Poster presentations are welcome as long as the topic is relevant for the conference.

The deadline for abstract submission is September 30th, 2017. Please follow the guidelines provided in the form: author names
and affiliations are mandatory. The authors have to be given as surname followed by initials and will be printed exactly
as given in the form. The name of the presenting author has to be underlined. The main abstract text may not exceed
300 words. For abstract submission please download the form, send it filled out via email to gratamaworkshop@rug.nl.

Guidelines for posters
Please provide the posters in Portrait format (height x width: 118,8 x 84 cm). The posters will be mounted throughout
the whole meeting.
