Application form for the Mathematics requirement for admission to a FEB MSc programme

Pre-Master students need to meet the Mathematics requirement before they can enrol for a FEB Master programme.

Please visit the website for information about the Mathematics requirement and the Mathematics tests accepted by FEB.
With this form you can submit documents indicating that you meet the Mathematics requirement.

Fill in and submit the form before 31 August 2025, is you wish to enrol for a FEB Master programme starting 1 September 2025.

The steps of the evaluation of your request:

1) Fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms cannot be submitted and/or processed or may lead to a negative conclusion to the evaluation.
2) After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by email. No confirmation means that your request has not been submitted.
3) Your application will be reviewed by the FEB Admission Support Team and the Admission Board. The processing of the request may take up to six weeks.
4) When your request has been processed, you will receive the decision by email. (Keep an eye on your spam folder).
