Questions about immigration
By submitting the contact form, you will send information to the Immigration Service Desk (ISD). The ISD will answer your question(s) within 10 working days and if necessary, will start up the appropriate procedure(s) for you.
Privacy of applicants
Please be advised that we can only communicate with applicants. Any inquiries made by parents, agents or lawyers will not be handled by the ISD, unless the applicant has sent us written and signed approval for this communication in view of Dutch privacy laws. You can submit a scan of the approval as an attachment. |

Information about UG accounts, including information about extending account access can be found on our website. You can find the form to request an extension there.
Access to the University Library and Brightspace cannot be extended.
If you apply for a programme within a year, you will gain access to your UG account again. Extending access is not necessary most of the times, when you apply for a programme in Studielink, you will gain access again. |
If you want to modify your nickname, address of phone number, please do so via Studielink. Your UG account will be updated with the new information. We cannot modify these things on your behalf.

In the event of a payment arrear, your account may be blocked. Once we receive your payment, the account will typically be reactivated within one business day.

Answer

In the Netherlands, being admitted to a degree programme and being awarded a scholarship are generally two separate things. You will have to secure sufficient funding yourself. More information about scholarships can be found on the Study in NL website. |
If you do not have a qualification that grants direct access to a Bachelor's degree programme and you will be 21 years or older at the start of the degree programme, then yo may be eligible for admission through the colloquium doctum (entrance exam). If you have any questions about the colloquium doctum procedure, please contact the Education desk or Student administration of the faculty which offers the Bachelor's programme of you choice.
If you applied for a programme via Studielink and want to be admitted via the colloquium doctum, please request this via the form below.
We will register your request and will ask you to contact the Faculty to inform them about the request.
